1. Install OPKUD card in to computer.
2. Install OPTEL software on C: on "OPTEL" directory
3. Pulser&receiver connected to the DB9 connector of the card (like
on the picture)

Picture 1.
We have two solution of
connector in OPGUD (sender&reciver). One is with two connector (see
picture 2), one BNC and

Picture 2.
BD9 in this case you must
connected BNC number 1 on the picture 1 with BNC number 1 on the picture
2. Transducer connected to the pulser with BNC-cable. This transducer
can work as sender or receiver. (only in case you must see on the screen
following picture:

Picture 3.
Transducer connected to
the pulser with BNC-cable. This transducer can work as sender or
receiver. Please pay attention for this settings:

Picture 3 Signal on the
beginning window is only crosstalk from our sender.
If transducer will be connected to the OPGUD (sender&reciver) you
can find signal following: If you take a water containment with
relatively thick bottom (2-5mm) and place the transducer in water, with
the face parallel to the bottom in the distance of about 5cm and set a
delay to about 60 microsenconds, you should see the reflection from the
bottom (exactly this are more than one pulses, depending on the
thickness and shape of the bottom. If you hold the transducer in your
hand, the signal will be not stable, but easy to see (signal like on the
picture 4).

Picture 4
Transducer connected to
the pulser with BNC-cable. This transducer can work as sender or
receiver.
In second solution our
sender have only one connector (BD9) it means Transducer connected to
from the pulser to the card is connected by DB9-cable. This transducer
can work as sender or receiver. Please pay attention for this settings:

And looking for signal
from the bottom like before.
Eventually other transducer connected to the upper BNC-connector on the
card . Generally "signel and dual" change source of signal.
